Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you engage Cybermonck for video production and related creative services.
Last updated: 7 August 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply whenever you engage Cybermonck to produce video, photography or related content — the website, enquiries through it, and any project that follows. Project-specific detail (scope, deliverables, price, timeline) is agreed separately in a quote, proposal or contract; where the two conflict, that agreement takes priority over these general terms.
02Who we are
Cybermonck is operated by TIMACE of Sweden AB (a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag), organisationsnummer 559336-5496), registered at Lollandsgatan 5, 164 43 Kista, Sweden. You can reach us at [email protected].
03Our services
We produce video, photography and related creative content across the disciplines described on this site (on-site production, post production, branding & design, creator campaigns, live & virtual events, and combinations of these). The exact scope, deliverables and any usage rights for a given project are set out in the quote or agreement for that project, not on this page.
04Quotes, pricing & payment
- Quotes are estimates based on the scope discussed and may change if that scope changes.
- Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless a quote states otherwise, and exclude VAT unless stated as included.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a deposit is payable before work begins, with the balance invoiced on delivery or per the schedule in the agreement.
- Overdue invoices accrue interest in line with the Swedish Interest Act (Räntelagen).
05Bookings & cancellations
Discovery calls booked through the “Book Meeting” widget can be rescheduled or cancelled through the confirmation email Calendly sends you. Cancellation terms for a booked production (shoot dates, crew time) are set out in the project agreement, since they depend on how much lead time and crew commitment is involved.
06Intellectual property
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once they've been paid for in full. Raw footage, project files and works-in-progress remain ours unless the agreement specifically includes them.
We may display finished work in our portfolio, on this site and across our own social channels for promotional purposes, unless you ask us in writing not to (for example where a project is confidential or under embargo) — let us know before the project starts if that applies to you.
07Content you give us
If you provide us with footage, music, logos, likenesses or other material to use in a project, you confirm you have the right to give it to us and to let us use it for the agreed purpose. You're responsible for clearing music licensing, talent releases and similar permissions unless we've specifically agreed to handle them as part of the project.
08Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted under Swedish law, our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost opportunities). Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
09Confidentiality
We treat unreleased project details, briefs and materials you share with us as confidential, and won't share them outside the project team without your consent — separate from our right to display finished work in our portfolio as described above.
10Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events reasonably outside their control — extreme weather, illness, travel or venue disruption, and similar circumstances affecting a shoot or delivery date.
11Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly is subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish general courts, with Attunda tingsrätt or another court of competent jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force for a given project is the one current when that project's agreement was signed. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever the terms change.
